very good young lad alright but there is a european youths on the same time as the seniors, probably better for his development to go there and work to the next olympics,

Id imagine IF a box off was needed the senior championships would be the place to have it,
IF there was such a thing i would hope it would be a best of three situation,
Anyone can have a bad night,

Oh yeah , all purely hypothetical. Although if both had fulfilled Olympic qualification criteria it would only be fair to let the loser of this hypothetical boxoff have another box off against the 52kg champ in Jan or Feb for the right to go to the Olympic qualifiers.

Also yes to the best of 3, didn't GB do something along those lines for Yafai and Evans before 2012

Id agree but go slightly further,
I would allow the beaten 49k the first olympic qualifier at 52k,if he fails to qualify at this tournament i would then give the 52k champ a lash at the second one,
Of course the cuban today could stop all this auld handy talk.:lol::lol:

Long time since I've been on here. Is this a good bet? If so, thinking of lumping a sizable amount on it.

the Uzbek already beat alimkulay and 15/8 to beat the Russian is great odds

however 10/1 for him to win gold is the best value iv seen, I wouldn't have him anymore than 2/1 if I was making the odds and id have him as favorite
