Not only is he willing to travel, the man has a TITANIUM jaw, a rarity in British boxing. If GGG were to fight him right now, my money would be on GGG, but my heart would go with DeGale.. :yep
He's a typical Brit fighter. Iron chinned, skilful, fast and powerful and knocks down and beats up yanks in their own backyard.
The last 4 great British fighters were Lewis, Hatton, Froch and Slappy Joe. One was willing to travel anywhere and had elite skills but had a hilariously bad jaw. One was willing to travel but had a hilariously bad jaw. One had a titanium jaw and was willing to travel but had a caveman technique. One had a glass jaw and hid in his country for 10 years defending the worthless WBO belt. DeGale is the perfect combination, he has a diamond chin, elite skills, and willing to travel anywhere. I can see him becoming the GOAT in Britain.

DeGale is not a coward for one, why would he pick on a midget when he can shatter Jack's jaw quite easily for a title.
