If Brophy stopped fighting Eastern European plumbers and British bums maybe they'd be more inclined to get him involved in eliminators.

How can a guy who is 14-0-1 be fighting guys with 6-46 and 5-14 records in his last two fights? Pointless.

Sort his promoters out ffs.

I guarantee I can find a lot of British boxers who fought comparatively better fighters at the same stage.

Those sort of fights aren't doing anything for Brophy.

 

What was Brophys amateur background?

 

No need to be like that is there. for what its worth I've seen brophy fight 3 times and if im brutally honest i am not convinced he will go very far. and before anyone starts yes he's already achieved more in the game than i ever will. but as i say, he doesn't impress me.

If the fight is made then cracking.. as i have said for a long time it is a good fight,but i Stand by what i say.. blackledge on a wide points.

 

Billy who is your pick to win the fight? Mccallum is a light middle is he not? Will he get blasted out?

 

Just a pity it's not televised. Decent little card that I would have watched. I think Mckenzie will be out worked and behind on the scorecards going into the last couple of rounds. Fancy him to stop John late or get a hometown decision and get the win though.
