and landed that lucky punch, proper snappy sledgehammer punch to the chin he doesnt see coming.

As we all know Lewis avenged it but what if tyson decides not to fight klitschko again...

Well since Furt doesn't hit anywhere close to as hard as Rahman did....it ain't happening.

Edit: I made a mistake and spelled Fury Furt, but it kind of works.

    I don't think that's happening.

Wlad's had 10 years of facing 'Big Punchers' ... It's not the answer.

Lee Selby and Josh Warrington, the UKs best two technical boxers think Fury's 'style will make Wlad look daft and old' ... I agree.

A late stoppage, or even worse - a towel - will see Fury crowned World Champ.

Lucky or not, he doesn't have that punch.

I just hope Fury doesn't start drinking Pavlik style after Wlad brutally knocks his head off, for everyone's sake

I think Wlad would just retire if he lost at this point in his career.

Rahman threw the punch with the intent of it landing on Lewis' chin. There was nothing 'lucky' about it.

Ya never really got the lucky punch excuse and in that fight lewis was out of sorts anyway. In lewis vs Rahman 2. Lewis dominated

If he decides not to fight Klitschko again, he will lose belts. Rematch clause was written into contract. Fury himself said few times that his forthcoming plans include beating Wlad twice, cause he has no other option.

Still: I don't see him winning that fight :hi:

Rahman fought Lewis again because there was a rematch clause. There probably is in this fight as well. Fury will need to retire for some time to avoid a rematch, like Dark Urine did after being gifted the decision vs De La Hoya.

He was lucky to catch an unfocused Lewis on the ropes...let's not act like Lewis didn't have a proper set of whiskers...you don't slug it out with a guy like Mercer if you can't take a hit.

And if he happens to win the rematch as well, watch Vitali coming out of retirement looking for revenge.

Shoulder punches are never producing lucky punch knockouts. Not even vs. a glass chin like Wlad's.

Or maybe he had been backed up against the ropes and set up for a right hand on the kisser.
