I only saw Yoka in the final. The few times I've seen him before he didn't really impress me. He was stopped in two of them. He must have improved a fair bit to have beaten who he did in these championships though.

Honestly, I think especially the last round was one of the best displays of boxing I've seen in a long, long time. Ward should have been roughing La Cruz up rather than trying to outbox him, a massive ask with Ward's particular footwork.

Did anyone see Levit's fight against the Ukrainian who beat him? I heard it was controversial but I can't find it on Youtube. Quite a few felt Savon was robbed in the final too.

Absolutely, I think he lost to all three before, sometimes a knockout loss.
Liu Wei needs credit, the Chinese dude who won Bronze. His fight with Rabii was very close, but Rabii just edged it on the basis of cleaner punches. Both relatively tall for welterweights, Wei 5'10 ish, Rabii 5'11 ish.

I felt Savon's output was too low, it was very close but I didn't really have a problem with the decision.

I haven't seen Manukian vs Levit. Must have been annoying for a top guy like Levit to just win one fight via WO and then lose in your first match lol

I saw two of Rabii's fights, the final obviously and the one against Liu Wei. Wei did push him very close and he's tough as old boots.

Maybe Levit vs Manukian is on one of the full session videos on the AIBA Youtube channel. Levit's excellent he definitely got robbed against Savon in the WSB final, but then again Savon has been on the wrong end of a few bad decisions too.

 To be fair two of his loses came at the hands of the 2008 Olympic gold medal winner Bakhyt Sarsekbayev, who really impressed me in those Olympics.

La Cruz showed why he's one of the greatest talents ever to step into the ring. Light work for him.

One of the big promoters needs to find a way to get La Cruz off that rock and into Miami some how.

It'll be such a shame and a waste if he never turns over
