    Yes I know that and I'm not saying GGG is better than Roman, just that in some ways he actually impressed me more. Yes that will be in part due to the opposition so there are still more question marks over GGG's ability, but his total control was very impressive. These two fighters will be an important part of boxing history over the next few years.

    I'm grateful anyway.

    Lemieux was still throwing with full power an tagging him at times. To stop a fight like this at that juncture and the blatant refusal of the ref to even warn Triple G for that illegal punch is a disgrace. I didn't buy this to see a British Stoppage.

    I can't see a middleweight beating GGG. Once he grabs up two more belts it will be interesting to see him in there with some guys at 68.

    Lemieux isn't bad it was just a terrible styles match up for him. That being said if MM was GGG's best opponent that wouldn't be an insult to the others. The guy only drew sturm in germany and got robbed agaisnt Martinez in Argentina.

    :lol:, I'd say he's getting the "latineg", beat out of him but that would make no sense. latineg means to be a shut in that likes to claim he "wins" on boxingforums while he sits at home all alone on a saturday night :lol::lol:.

    Lemieux needed to be saved from himself at some point. There was a lot of time to go and he could have been killed in there. It was a bad, prolonged beating.

    His nose was the only thing bleeding thats it. Literally in the corner before the last round they wiped the blood from his nose and his face looks normal.

    This is a case of punchers benefit. All this hype of Golovkin being a devestating puncher the ref sees him landing punches and is in the mindset they all have concussion written on them and thinks Lemeuix has brain damage. That kind of bias is horrible for boxing.
