Cotto has been beating bigger fighters for years..Size wont matter if they fought..Experiance, skills and ring IQ will be what it comes down to at the end of the day... And Cotto is miles ahead of Lemieux imo. Margarito would have drowned Lemieux imo. And injury prone Martinez as well

The NSAC does in fact NOT follow the rules set by WADA, again as they are the governing body. You must be a minor, and not understand the concept of governing body. Let me put in simple terms for you, they are like your parents, what they say goes. So once they cleared him of any wrongdoing, the ml he was given and every point you are trying (but failing) to make is IRRELEVANT
