Hopkins - Dawson I only sold 40k or so, but the rematch drew 1.6m on regular HBO. But i doubt the PPV flopped: they did not need to even sell that many PPVs to break even.

because HBO would be encouraged to do more ****ty mismatch PPVs. And dont give me this if GGG was a draw it would entice Cotto or Canelo. Cotto is a WW and he's FAR too scared of GGG the fight will never happen, Canelo will fight GGG when he's ready to prove he's the best regardless of the numbers GGG does.

He should unify all the belts and then move up to 168 to fight Degale or Ward on PPV. Those are the only fights worthy of PPV. However if he does do incredible numbers then by all means he should make his money, I do think he's better for free tv though since his style attracts non-hardcore boxing fans too, and a lot of them left with a bitter taste in their mouth after this horrible PPV.
