Yeah Canelo..man up. It's the 160 division not the 154 division.

Just cause u fell for it against Mayweather doesn't mean GGG should do the same mistake.

    Not for a title fight.

If Canelo and Cotto don't want to fight at 160, they have no business fighting at MW.

Whilst I don't agree with GG wanting Ward at 164, it's not the same as Canelo wanting GG at 155. Because the difference is, Canelo is in GG's division. Also, he's previously entered the ring in the 170's.

Boxing today is a f*cking joke!

    Ward is at SMW.

Canelo is fighting for a title at MW, which is GG's division.

    Different circumstances altogether.

It would be a joke if Canelo beat Cotto for the MW belt, but wouldn't be willing to defend it at against GG at the limit.

    It shouldn't be allowed.

Canelo making excuse already in my opinion, he has no real intention of fighting GGG.

Oscar gave it away over the weekend with the word "eventually" when asked if Canelo would fight Golovkin.

If Canelo and Cotto don't want to fight at 160 then don't, nobody has forced them in to the middleweight division.

The circumstances are very different. Whilst I don't condone GG's actions, Ward fights in a higher weight class.

How on earth could Canelo possibly win THE MW title, yet then refuse to fight GGG at 160?

You can't be winning titles at CW's, and then refuse to defend it at the limit.

What the f*ck has boxing become?

If Canelo doesn't feel comfortable fighting MW's, he can f*ck off back to JMW.

Boxing today is a joke. Canelo once rehydrated to a LHW. I think it was against Trout.

You can't see how the circumstances are completely different?

    You're just repeating yourself.

    Again, different circumstances.

You can't win a lineal MW title, and then refuse to defend it at the limit.

It shouldn't be allowed to happen.

Let's hope so for the sake of boxing.

I don't know what's happened to the sport.

A fighter who rehydrates to 172, says his body's not ready for MW yet, even though he's fighting for the MW title.

Bring back same day weigh ins I say.

There was none of this BS back in the day.

Nobody should be able to win a title at a CW and then hold it to ransom.

    It stinks.

I'm sure Canelo has the mindset to fight GGG, but I'm not impressed with his "155" bs. I have no problem with catchweights for a non-title fight, but
with a belt on the line, in fact the catchweight is the weight limit of the title in question. Canelo has a case for not allowing GGG in the ring weighing MORE that 160, but not LESS than 160.

If he's not ready, let him stay at JMW.
