I don't care about the if's or Canelo's "intentions", I care about what's actually happening.

And what's happening is Canelo is making it sound like when he wins the middleweight belt, he will avoid 160 and the true champion in it at all costs. And, like Cotto, wants to force middleweights to drain themselves down at his diva-weight to fight for the title.

That's whats happening unless he vacates. If his intentions are as holier than thou as you say, then he will vacate. But I highly doubt he will.

Except there will be no better money option for Canelo than GGG, so if he puts conditions which prevent that fight from happenning, which he is, we can already ctiticize him.

Well, Canelo and Cotto could fight each other six times for the 155lb Cottoweight/Caneloweight belt ;)

Can't wait for Golovkin to sweep out the trash from the MW division. As far as I'm concerned if a belt is on the line, fight at the sanctioned weight.

Lets see what Canelo does with the belt after he beats Cotto.
If like Cotto he defends it against 2nd tier middleweights, then I'll be with you in criticizing Canelo and saying he's ducking GGG.

I agree. Canelo shouldn't have opened his mouth. He may still lose or feel so confident after smashing Cotto, that he changes his mind.

But he was stupid enough to say things which make him look like a coward.

Both those bouts were fought at a catch weight.

Sergio had to make 159 and Geale had to make 157.

    Oscar... Oscar... Oscar !!!

Oscar wants to keep Canelo protected/think CA$H COW !!!

IMO... GGG would destroy Canelo if the fight is next year or two.

Title fights should be fought at the Titles weight class...

this "catch weight" stipulation is Bull$hit !

Canelo shouldn't have the right to not fight at 160, if he wins THE 160 belt.

If he doesn't want to play with the big boys, he should stay where he is.

I'm not to big on catchweights but, Cotto, Martinez, & Hopkins all recently won the Legitimate MW Title at a cw so it is nothing new for this division.

GGG said anybody 154-68 Alvarez said 55, make it happen 55-60 GGG loses either way.

When Pac does it, everyone is okay with it. When Canelo does it, he gets the ****.

    What a joke
