Pacquiao would have knocked out Salvador Sanchez at 126

Sanchez was even better of a boxer than Morales.

Technically yes, but he didn't have the size and toughness of Morales at 130.

Pacquiao loves fighters smaller than him or his own size because no fighter below 130 in boxing history can match his physicality.

I have watched all Sanchez's big fights and I don't remember seeing him staggered, let alone knocked down. Manny did have great power but could he land it consistently on Sanchez. Meanwhile, Sanchez had a big height/reach advantage that he would utilized to try to keep Manny away. Great matchup but there is no evidence Manny would Ko him.

Well Chava never fought at 130 so we simply don't know. As for 126, I've never seen a tougher feather. He took the best shots of 2 very big punchers in the Professor and Wilfredo Gomez as well as bombs from arguably the hardest punching 126 pounder in history in Little Red and not only was he never hurt but the expression on his face never changed. He and Carlos Monzon are the most relaxed in the ring pugilists I've ever seen. There is neither any evidence that Morales was tougher (if anything, evidence indicates the opposite)
nor any that Manny would have ko'd him.

certainly a case can be made for Sanchez he was a greater fighter than both Morales and Marquez and they gave Pac losses, so why wouldn't Sanchez who is bigger and longer than Marquez, with a day to rehydrate and gain not be even more lethal than he was then. Patrick Ford gives Marquez, Morales and Pac all they could handle. Sanchez dismantled Patrick that's how great he was Im not even going t mention Gomez.

Longer yes, but bigger? Not really. They were pretty much the same size.

Sanchez was a little taller and longer, but Pacquiao more compact and bulky.

When Marquez beat Pacquiao that was at 147 so that doesn't really factor into Pacquiao's abilities at 126.

While Sanchez was great he was getting hit a decent amount by Azumah Nelson. If Nelson can land that much imagine what Pacquiao would do?

I love Pac, but I just don't see it. Sanchez was superior to JMM in every a spect. I think Manny gets stopped.

And Pacquiao was superior to Azumah Nelson is every aspect. So it goes both ways.

I think people are underrating Nelson big time.

Actually we DO know what would happen if Manny landed on Chava. We saw Little Red land on Chava in 2 separate bouts. And not only did Danny never hurt Sal but the expression on Sal's face never changed. And, quite frankly, you are seriously underrating the Professor as another poster wrote.

P4p Pac is better but he's not "superior" to the Professor in every way

I'm not sure I agree with this entirely. Sure a case can be made, but the 126 versions....you would have to convince me. Nelson beat better fighters at that weight and was more proven. You seem to want to use him as the reason Sanchez would lose, but I think you're forgetting Sanchez beat Nelson. This is about stylevthough, not who beat who. Sanchez is a superior technician to both Marquez and Morales, both who gave Pac fits. 126 was not Manny's best weight, in fact he spent hardly anyv time there at all. Sal was very simply the better fighter at that weight. If you disagree that he beats Manny based on styles that's fine. But you cant argue who beat the better fighters at that weight.
