Ain't no one cares about that ****. Wilfredo Gomez @ 122 would smack Pacquiao around like a rag doll, And Floyd was much faster in footspeed/handspeed even at 130, it's not even close. Floyd is overall the far better fighter, two differents level of fighter between these two men :nod:smooch
What are you trying to say? I just said Pacquiao threw faster combos than Mayweather, which he did. To which you respond, who cares. I don't know why you're bringing up who was the better fighter when the thread has nothing to do with it.
You should not be bringing up 122/126, Floyd never fought at those weight classes. I'm talking about 130, Floyd was faster. 135-147, Floyd's still faster. :hey We saw it in May 2 as well. :fire
He might have more handspeed at 122 than Floyd at 147, I'll give you that. I'll concede that much But same weight class, Floyd's handspeed is clearly faster!!! :deal
We have weight classes for a reason. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MwTW-4RsSOA Watch at 5:30. Floyd could never EVER throw a punch that fast.
It looks fast cuz he's against a C ranked fighter. :deal Floyd's punches looked like lightning against Mr.Baldomir too. :good
It only looks fast because it's against Lucero??? I've heard it all. It looked fast because it's faster than any punch Floyd ever threw.
It's all smokes and mirrors. It's not that fast, it only looked fast because it was against a slow man. :deal It's all relative, you see. If I threw punches at a heavy bag, with 8 ounce gloves on (I wouldn't), I'd look fast as hell too. But if I threw punches at Mayweather, i'd be slow as hell!!! :hey
floyd becomes fleet footed when threatened because he doesn't want to get hurt. it saved him a lot of times but it did not make him legacy fights. it more than encouraged him to be more defensive. speed is a better attribute for offensive fighters in boxing. when it is used by defensive boxers, it becomes boring and avoids a good box especially when the referee allows it. floyd is faster as a defensive boxer, pac is faster as an offensive fighter.
