Yeah ggg would have to drop lbs to fight floyd.....but floyd has never said he'd fight above 154 and never entertained the idea of fighting anyone from the 160 lb division.......that's the difference ....ggg has said he'd fight 168 lbers at 168 and tried to make fights there

Ggg asking for 164 was k2s surefire way to make sure Ward said no which is what they want......they want ward to disappear to 175 so they don't have to hear about it again

 

GGG would gladly drop down for the biggest name and payday in the sport. Why would Ward move down again?, to beat someone who's biggest win is Rubio?.

K2 knew ward was moving to 175....he could squeeze 168 one more time for a big fight with ggg

K2 doesn't want that fight....so they put up 164 to make ward say no....then ward has to look at 170+ options and move on ......boom problem solved......now ward is gone and the fight is no longer realistic ...and ggg fans eat it up.....it's a terrible duck and pretty blatant
