You don't understand. Ward wants a lot of money but brings none himself. That's not a big fight. Its might be competitive but not worth taking short money for.

What a complete crock of shi'ite. Golovkin would chase the Cotto Canelo winner even if there was no WBC title at stake. Please remove your head from your ass. Boxing is a BUSINESS and a fight with the Cotto/Canelo winner makes Bumlovkin more MONEY than any other fight.

neither Cotto/Canelo will fight him, he wants all the belts, which = more money to be made from every fight, that's also a business aspect of the sport you fail to understand

if Canelo wants to matter at MW any time soon, he WILL HAVE to face Golovkin, period, Cotto has no business holding the belts hostage, and should f*** off back to 154

All of Trinidad's wins @ 160 came by KO. Yes, Trinidad was a FULL FLEDGED MIDDLEWEIGHT by the time of the Hopkins fight.

Trinidad only has TWO loses @ 160, Genius - and there is no shame in losing to Bernard Hopkins and Winky Wright @ 160. Bumlovkin hasn't shared the ring with anyone even remotely close to being as good as those two. If Bumlovkin were around when Hopkins and Wright were fighting @ 154/160 - Bumlvkin would be nothing but a notch on one of their belts.

so Tito had 5 MW fights, after which he retired for 3 years, yeah that makes him a full-fledged MW, :patsch

once Golovkin cleans out 160, he will move up for money fights, just like any other fighter would

Ward is a undercard fighter and let's see in his next fight if he can get more than 4 thousand people to go see him on his own show.

Because he demands 80% of the split. And only bums accept that kind of money.

This guy http://boxrec.com/boxer/238446 is 5'4", and he gave 5'11" N'Dam all he could handle in their first fight.

Height has both advantages and disadvantages. Reach is way more important.

The only reason MW doesn't look impressive is that Golovkin scares JMWs who would possibly move up otherwise. The only top JMW who at least verbally was ready to move up, Lara, changed his mind after seeing Golovkin destroying Lemieux. Cotto and Canelo are hiding in between weight classes.

That's another problem. Nobody knows what Ward's value is. His last fight at Oracle Arena they gave away tons of tickets and they had rappers there. Every hood rat in Oakland had a free show that night. So we need to go back to the Rodriguez fight in Southern California to see the numbers they did.
