    I love how triple quack super fans keep bringing up Paul Smith and wards inactivity as if that has any bearing on anything

    Good for ggg! He's active! He fights cans ....ward actually has a resume

    You know K2 were willing to do 66 or even 68 so long as the rehydration clause and cash were there.

    Roc came back AFTER K2 signed on to unify vs Lemiuex, which is a priority ELITE FIGHT in the MW division.

    for that matter, Jacobs/Quillin winner would be priority over Ward as would Lee/Saunders and Eubank.

    Ward.....in spite of his S6 accomplishments hasnt done a damned thing in this "what have you done lately" sport to even qualify as an elite opponent for GGG.:-(

    Now let me say I am in no way comparing ward to floyd....but if floyd takes a 2 year break and decides to come back does he not qualify as an elite opponent for anyone?

    Ward is an elite fighter....a top p4p fighter .....he's still near his physical prime..., he's an elite opponent for anyone....ward doesn't have to be active to be elite.....he just needs to be alive and not old

    Your k2 story is cute...but also a load of garbage

    I'm not taking it pesonally. ..just amazed how many people let him skate for it......but take shots at so many other fighters

    K2 needs soemthing.....maybe it was ward....maybe its not....but if they don't get canelo it's going to be more of the same lame k2 fights

    You ask me why I seem to be taking this personally....yet u have guys in here trying to defend ggg by saying ward isnt an elite opponent....and they're actually serious ......

    I love how ggg fans suddenly b came big proponents of value and the business side of boxing......when it came to floyd it was "take a challenge....fight for legacy"......now suddenly it's all about risk/reward and how marketable the opponent is.....even tho ward is more popular and we'll known than any of ggg's previous oppnents

    When I look at bhop resume I notice that he moved up.....even to light heavy.....and that's why he's considered an atg......had he stayed at mw he wouldn't be

    You seem like a nice guy Shockmaster so lets just put this to rest and watch each fighter slay their weight division for now.:good If Ward fights Kovalev win or lose he gets my kudos and still remain in the top 3 P4P.:happy
