the only cruiserweight champion that belle has a remote chance of beating is ramirez, ovil mckenzie was unlucky against him and managed to outbox him pretty easily. belle can box on the back foot an bore us to death doing so and he would become world champion doing so.
If he does get a fight it can only be Ramirez, for many reasons the others would be unlikely or simply can't take the fight due to other bouts/injuries. It would be an entertaining affair and Ramirez would not come to muck about and to be honest I would look forward to the fight as it's likely to provide some entertainment
It must be a world title fight the way he keeps mentioning it on twitter, if it's another "eliminator" then it literally doesn't enhance the December 12th card at all
