Well Hearn basically said at the signing that Quigg wont fight him as it doesnt makes monetary sense

and as Quigg has been eating out for the last 2 years on being his mando without ever fighting him then hes def out

Frampton will have no issues fighting him once he deals with Quigg

 

Id be shocked and surprised if we see anything but a career best performance from the peoples champ Frampton
