Nothing but positive things to say, so why all the hate still?

He never really fully answers any questions but he never talks smack about fighters for a given reason or no reason.

Mayweather is a true champion tht understands the minds of his fans and haters.

 

In a different interview he called GGG a basic fighter with no special effects , same description he used for Robert Guerrero. GGG would badly hurt and KO him at 154. At 160, GGG mauls him to death.

True champions don't duck for 5 years, talk all this **** about cleaning up the sport, and then juice and fight cowardly.

 

A ton of respect for Mayweather after this interview.

Dontae's ***** Boxing Nation was pushing the anti-GGG agenda and trying to get Mayweather to say something bad about him, but Mayweather didn't get caught up into that. He remained professional and classy.

 

Mayweather knows that Little g stands as much chance to win (maybe less) than Canelo.
At 154 Mayweather would box circles around Golovkin and possibly KO him by round 10.
Floyd is just levels above the basic and unproven Little g.
Actually, this fight would do far less numbers than Pac or Cotto rematch so Mayweather won't really have any serious interest in facing Golovkin.
It would have helped his case had Golovkin actually fought at least one opponent of note. But he hasn't so he has as much chance of fighting Mayweather as Ronald Reagan getting a glass of ice water in hell.

Floyd really seems mature in his recent interwievs. He said nice things about GGG in a different interwiev too, despite his fans who expect him to bash at him.

 

I know it's difficult to fathom to you Little g fanatics, but Berto is far more proven than Golovkin and has a career of facing far better opposition than GiGi has even dreamt about facing.

At 154, Mayweather beats up and humiliates Golovkin even worst than he embarrassed Canelo.
Little g knows it, but is willing to take the ass whipping in exchange for Mayweather cash. For Little g, even after taking the loss, the purse will buy many Russian goats for his retirement.

 

As a Floyd fan even I'm inclined to believe that Floyd is too old to move up or down or really even box anymore. Berto swoll his eye up and was barely hitting him for 12 rounds.
Mayweather may believe he could but his body says otherwise.

Against Cotto he got hit a lot and all he had was a busted nose that leaked a little. Maidana hit him once with a flush jab in the 2nd fight and knocked his tooth out and almost dropped him. Seeing his reaction after that shot did it for me and he knew it too. From that shot on he was in retirement mode.:verysad

 

Mayweather got to the top by fighting top opposition.
All the oppnents you named were far more experienced against top tier opposition than Golovkin.
Even Maidana has fought at a higher level than Little g. Maindana > Golovkin.
Little g is as green as Canelo was when he first fought Mayweather. Maybe even greener than young Canelo.
Plus Little g is 34 going on 35 years old. He has ducked top opponents so his body hasn't undergone the wear and tear of being in wars like Mayweather and the above opposition. However, Golovkin has zero experience in major boxing events and his inexperience would be easily exploited by proven master boxer Mayweather. :deal
