That was a cool handshake, no tough guy act, not sure why I'm impressed by this.

Mayweather almost quit when Maidana bit his hand, what he gonna do when Troya lands his left uppercut-right knee combo?

For anyone still wondering about the co-main event start times, here is what's left on the running order and my analysis of how long it will all take:

Dmitry Kudryashov vs. Olanrewaju Duradola, 12 rounds @ cruiserweight

Rakhim Chakhkiev vs. Olawale Afolabi, 12 rounds @ cruiserweight

Denis Lebedev vs. Lateef Kayode, 12 rounds @ cruiserweight

Alexander Povetkin vs. Mariusz Wach, 12 rounds @ heavyweight

Kudryashov is going to wipe out Duradola in don't-blink fashion, maybe even a KO1. Chakhkiev vs. Afolabi is almost certainly going the distance, and Povetkin vs. Wach is too. Lebedev will stop Kayode but as to whether it comes in the early, middle or late going is hard to gauge.

So with minimal downtime between fights we are looking at the whole event wrapping up by ~1pm EST (as we have at least two matches that will clock just shy of an hour including anthems, ring walks and scorecard reading). If there is lots of filler, it could be a bit later.

Is Povetkin vs Wach a precursor to Povetkin vs Wilder ?

Credit to him, I've been slagging Troyanovsky off for a long time but he stepped up to a legit world class opponent and proved himself today. He'll still fail down the line in a less favorable stylistic match-up, but he earned some respect here. Cuenca is frustrating to deal with and Troyanovsky remained calm and put in his work, making him quit and earning the belt.
