That was probably one of the worst robberies i have ever seen in my life. Dude put a shut out over a decent fighter and they had it a draw??????? Plus since Loma was fighting after him, most people just switched their attention to that fight lol.
Nauseating, he put on a beautiful performance and beat the hell out of Castillo far better than Imam did and was robbed blind its ****ing sickening.
Mother****ing Haymon was paying Castillo back for taking it easy on Imam, Obara had Castillo scared out of his wits to come forward at times, Haymon "draw" robberies have been out of control for the last month. I'm going to do a thread on Obara I've been meaning o for a while anyway.
Just got finished watching this. What the **** were these judges watching? Man I feel bad for the guy too, he won this fight easily. He whooped Castillo's ass
Whoops my bad, but yea thats ****ing digusting. I hope everyone saw that. Just when i was changing my tune about Haymon this happens smh.
I've never seen so man damn draws lately, I haven't missed a PBC card recently since I've been doing quite a lot of the RBR's there's been like 5 or 6 draws in the last month, when clearly the Haymon guy has been beaten.
Keep up the good work:good. I notice you do threads on up and coming fighters and educate fellows like me on the young guns that I wouldn't have seen yet. Appreciate it. Thanks
From boxingnews.jp "IBF world S ยท Lightweight challenger finals that took place in the US Miami, Florida, same class the 6-position of the Ohara KeiFutoshi (Misako = photo) to play against the same class 8th Walter Castillo (Nicaragua), Ohara is dominant The thought was, but the decision was a disappointment, draw. Score Ohara at 115-113, 2 people 114-114." (Ohara is how Obara translates for some reason)
I have just watched the fight and this was a terrible scoring job. Obara clearly won. They are priming Castillo as an opponent for Broner I bet.
Terrible decision. Reminds me of watching UK fights. Obara won and reminds me of a more skilled version of Shumenov.
