    Keita Obara is a 5'10 29 year old Light Welterweight with a 16-1-1 15 KO's 1 KO loss record. Born in Kitakami, Iwate, Japan and fighting out of Tokyo, Japan. Obara started his career out on quite a sour note, he'd been a decent amateur and his debut was against All-Japan Rookie of the year

    That's the Haymon pattern as of late, when his guy looks like s*** and doesn't win a round, just make it a draw, it'll draw less scrutiny that way.:-( There's been like 10 draws in the last month on PBC cards and this was one of the worst. Sickening.
