Don't understand all of these ridiculous conspiracy theories, had Masher won they could have easily made a rematch, if Cardle won by legit KO they could have easily made a rematch. Yes there will be examples of promoters trying to fix fight but I genuinely believe none of the top promoters do any dodgy business with refs or judges, that's my honest opinion, maybe that is me hoping more than anything I don't know but I don't believe that a promoters at the top level that would fix fights.

 

In this day and age a promoter doesn't have to fix fights-just have a creative matchmaker and then let the promoter do his thing in announcing this is a 50-50 fight.Fast Car is a master at this game.

I don't think there was an dodgy business going on in the Masher v Cardle fight. Cardle is never going to earn Eddie loads of money so no point bribing a ref for a middling fighter in your stable.
