Fielding was 21-0 knocking decent fighters out like Luke Blackledge and Bryan Vera. How is that not a test for someone that's been a pro for under 3 years?

Good win for Smith, but no need to rush him. Much like his brother Liam, his record against proven world level fighters is non existant.

Right now i believe De Gale would be to much for him. Jack is underrated and awkward. AA has the potential to old man him and Murray is a tough night for anyone. Chudinov is the weak link for me.

If i was Hearn i would get Smith at least a couple of more fights. Sturm, Stieglitz or Anthony Dirrel. Even Buglioni wouldn't be a bad opponent.

Wow. He beats a British level fighter and all of a sudden he's the P4P king. Give your head a wobble. Groves most legitimate win Is vs Degale and his performances vs genuine world champions imo have him above smith ATM! as for Abraham he's fought everyone and has been a champion a long time. Murray imo should have a win over martinez and sturm. Degale.. heck there is prob a case for smith not being above the dirrell brothers. Facts are that Callum Smith has NO WORLD LEVEL WIN ON HIS CV that's why I have 6 ahead of him not saying he won't be class but only time will tell. You obvs cm getting caught up in the sky hype (easy mistake to make)

I have chudinov ahead of him as he's world championship no other reason imo there is 10 fighters that can beat chudinov but he's an unbeaten world champion so until it's proven otherwise that's what he is!

Buglioni??? The first three are credible, even if sturm is a shot middleweight it's still a good name on the CV, buglioni would just be a glorified target practice session. That fella degale battered (Gonzales?) at Wembley would be a decent fight though

Were did I day he was a ppv king ? I have also stated its a weak division ! Martin Murray has done nothing at SMW yet. As for resumees not saying his record compares to AA or such like what I am saying is if he fought him and others now I believe he beats them. Just like 18 months ago when I said on this forum he would beat Groves I was laughed at, now most people seem to think that too. In 18 months from now most on here will agree with me he is best in SMW division.

Weak division it's one of the strongest tbf. Loads of good exciting fighters. Your getting carried away he could be the best in SMW div but not proven he's best in Britain yet.. needs to beat a Groves/Murray to be considered the best Non world championship brit. He may well go on and be diff class but atm he's and Un exposed British champion with bags of potential

Thought stronger opponents than DeGale or Groves pre world title fights. Division is weak when talking of world class. Ward Froch Kessler have left a huge hole, no one left in division thst was in any of their leagues

Totally agree people will laugh when I say this but Fielding could still has a chance of winning a world title if this loss doesn't effect him mentally

I get what you mean because the division isn't that strong and there's a lot of fighters that on there day could beat each other but I think Fielding is a level below that tbh

I have always rated Smith highly he did a number on Fielding who many on here thought would beat Smith.

It was a great win against an opponent that will come again to Euro or fringe world level imo in RF.

For this stage of Smith's career it was a pressure fight, local derby which he dealt with clinically, shows he has the right mentality.

It only bodes well for the future even at this present time he would have far too much for Chudinov stylistically, who is there for the taking.

Say Abraham beats Murray and this time next year Abraham still has the belt I could see rocky beat him, after all he could be shot by then and if Paul smith can come close rocky would beat him

I get that, I just think degale, smith, jack and groves will all be ahead of fielding to have a shot at Abraham
