Great fight. A real 50/50 that no one wins easy.

Bradley has been the best fighter at 140-147 outside of Mayweather\Pac for quite some time now and after saturdays fight it looks like Atlas has done for him what Roach has done for Cotto - reminded them of what made them great.

Brook hasn't fought anyone with the mix of speed, skills, footwork and angles of Bradley. However, Brook carries the power in this fight and more importantly, he is fantastic at disrupting a fighters rhythm. Bradley is exceptional when he gets into a rhythm. Disrupt that and he does become more frustrated and susceptible. Brook's underrated jab will be key here.

Brook's skills are more subtle. Little shifts of weight to lean back out of range then come back to land the counter. Subtle foot movements that help him defensively but also make him good at cutting the ring off. He can fighte at long, mid and short range, on the back foot or coming forward stalking his opponent. He is not as flashy as Bradley, his skills being more subtle, but, it doesn't change the fact that he is a well rounded and capable fighter.

This a real tough one to call. A part of me things that Bradley will give Brook real trouble, but, Brook will start to time Tim as he darts in to land his combos. This will frustrate Tim who will make more mistakes and will eventually get stopped putting up a galant but foolish effort to fight back. On the other hand, a Bradley that fights smart should never be written off.

    Say what?

In recent years, Brook has fought Gavin, Jojo Dan, Senchenko, Carson Jones, Matthew Hatton and Shawn Porter.

Bradley has fought Pacquiao x2, JMM, Chaves, Rios, Provo and Vargas.

You might be right about Brook and/or Thurman beating him. Might be. But Brook having a better recent resume...........really?

Bradley beats up a walking punchbag who wanted to quit boxing not so long ago (quit afterwards) and now he is a monster

Is this the same Bradley that struggled with Chaves? Was nearly knocked out by the tough but plodding Provodnikov? Was dragged 12 and hurt badly by Jessie Vargas?

It is the same one right?

Applied evenly......where does it put Brook that he was pushed to the limit by even lesser fighters? Those 2 guys would represent his 2nd and 3rd best wins, if he had fought them.

Point is, all fighters have their "less than stellar" moments.

Yeah, the same one who beat Rios, Chaves, Provodnikov, Vargas, Marquez, Alexander, Abregu, Peterson, Holt. In other words, same Bradley who has done far more than Brook. And I don't It takes a monster to beat Brook.

Brook in a very narrow decision. Bradley can be sloppy and his size plays directly into Brook's hands.

Brook would knock Bradley out, Porter would knock Bradley out and so would Thurman in my opinion.
I'd give Spence Jr a very good chance of doing him too.

You do realise what Bradley beat Saturday night? It wouldn't have taken Porter, Brook, Thurman or even Spence Jr that long to stop that version of Rios.

Bradley is a good fighter but some of you are getting carried away after Saturday.

Rios would probably be the #1 or #2 win for all those guys. So would Provodnikov and Peterson. You think Rios was terrible that night, I think Bradley's game plan made him look that way. These are just opinions after all.

I agree with the last, but nobody has knocked Bradley out, so why would these guys, with whom Bradley would represent their best opponent, knock him out?

I don't think Porter knocks him out. Bradley is a far superior boxer than Porter, and without big power, I don't see Porter being able to do enough. I 'd say Bradley would decision him fairly decisively. The other 2 guys, with their skill sets have a better chance at it.

If Jessie Vargas is hitting and hurting you the fighters I mention would knock you out.
Provodnikov had Bradley out on his feet, again Provodnikov is tough as they come but not a huge puncher and is quite small.

Bradley isn't a granite jawed monster, he is vunerable at times and the fighters I mentioned can dig and are all very big or strong (or both) welterweights.

A dominating win over Rios does not mean that Bradley isn't a spent force. I believe Thurman, Brook, Porter (the more physical guys) all have their way with him at this point in his career.
