Wlad: David Haye and Anthony Joshua would KO Fury

Wlad has barely been hit in the last ten years. The guy gets hit less than Mayweather. Plus, because of his cautious style, his own admittance of his weak chin and always having his weight on his back foot, he moves back at the slightest forward motion and rides a lot of the shots he gets caught with. Many times when ever he has been tagged he has flustered badly. I like Wlad, big fan of him actually, but he has one of the worst chins ever for a champion at any weight. Fury, whilst not a big puncher, should be able to hurt him. If one shot doesnt do it then it shouldn't take many more. His height and reach advantage will help, too.

Fury, whilst having been decked hard twice (Nasciemento i believe was the other), they were from two wound up massive shots. Yes Cunningham is a blown up CW, but he can hurt you if he gets a chance to wind up a shot like that. That punch, for me, said more about Furys lax defense when coming forward than it did about his chin.

 

It doesn't matter. Fury was described as a statue. He has changed his style. Im not saying it will be effective against better opposition like Wlad. Im just saying it has changed.

Plus, it doesnt matter who he fights. If you know your boxing then you can tell just from watching a guy shadow box. Will it work against the best? Who knows. But you should be able to deduce a think or two about their style and attributes.

 

Haye ran from Fury who are you kidding. One thing about Fury is if the clumsy oaf gets knocked down he is getting back up. Klitschko is going to be easier to hit than Haye. I remember an interview I saw with Artur Szpilka not that long ago and they were asking him about all the heavyweights one by one. He was responding with respectful answers but when they asked him about Fury, Szpilka said he was crazy. It is not what Szpilka said but the way he said it. Szpilka has no fear so that raised my eyebrows about Fury. Fury is still just a baby he is only 26 years old. A 6' 9" 270 pound baby. Lets see how tough Wladimer is against Fury. Lets see if Wladimer trades with him. Remember Artur Szpilka thinks Fury is crazy.

 

I can see Fury winning by the 6th round.

 

Sometimes things dont work out as planned. You win some you lose some. We will see.

 

But wlad forgets he's much older now , than he was when he fought haye

 

rossle I beat you to it....... I know that this is likely to happen...high sigma...5 (scientific term)...wlad going to look stupid...I think mid rounds wlad going will show determination to go for the kill this is totally out of character only because of embarrassment and gets knocked out.....I really want wlad to take the rematch....this will be his most entertaining fight and you will see wlad personal demons come out ..he will be dropped heavily yes he will get up on old legs but will be dropped again ..

 

I think Fury's best option is to trade. I mentioned before that Fury's defense was lax when coming forward, well that only works if a fighter punchers when you punch or if the fighter slips your shots and counters. Wlad does none of these things. When people come at Wlad he moves back then ties them up. Wlad only throws when he has established the distance with his jab and knows he is safe to throw the right hand.

 

Pulev was not hit to much when coming forward though. He was hit more when there was distance and when he was stationary in front of Wlad. Like i said earlier, Wlad rarely, if ever, throws his right hand or left hook when his opponents are coming at him. He establishes the distance with his jab and only lets the bigger shots go when his opponent is stationary as he knows he doesn't have a good chin so he cant afford to risk throwing counters or to punch when his opponent punches.

I'm not saying Fury will win. I am still undecided, but, you can't really compare how this fight will go based on past Wlad fights as Fury is bigger than all of Wlad's past opponents and fights in a different style to them.
