Sky filmed the gloves are off eubank and apike today. ...joshua whyte last week. ...its pointless doing these shows if its on regular sky......they may aswell just tell us instead of leaving us hanging
Eddie was going on about some amazing world title fight which doesnt include his fighter lol, did start wondering who it was then i remembered it was Eddie Hearn talking so it was going to be a anti-climax
Why is there still a debate whether it's PPV? We know it is and it's going to sell well which is real fcukin bad news long term
Looks like eddie putting all his ppv eggs in one basket over the next 6 months #PBCiscoming. ....probably why froch wants one last ppv fight...before haymon abolishes ppv forever when he arrives
Eddie has been going on about a big fight for Kevin Mitchell anybody heard any rumours regarding the opponent? The only rumour I have heard was a good while ago that it was Dejan Zlaticanin which would be an excellent fight
How is this card not worth a few quid? It's the price of a pizza and some of you howl like it's an invoice for 500 quid. If you're that poor, just ask yourself round to someone's house who isn't. Stop moaning.
I imagine it is not the lack of money for most, rather it is the concept of PPV and the ever increasing regularity of it.
The thought of two PPVs in the space of two weeks is extremley annoying to say the least. I appreciate sky are not fully in control of the Klitschko situation but they could have easily fcked the fight off when the October date got cancelled and let BT or somebody else have it. TBH I'm generally not hearing about to much interest in it anyway by that u usually gauge it through talk in my office and general causal sports fans - whereas everybody seems to know about The Joshua fight and are considering buying it. I can afford the cost of the PPVs but that's not the point also plus my Mrs has started pouring over all our bills as anybody married/live in partner will appreciate that they do that some times. I'm going to my mates who's paying for Klitschko/fury + Rod Stewart on the undercard and I'm hosting the boys for Joshua.
seen a few people say Paul Malignaggi is on the bill for the european title as he said a fighter who is not under matchroom is on there. could be groves also
People moaned about Cleverly v Bellew 2 being PPV, and that was at least thought to be a 50/50 fight. (First fight was very close.) This card is being topped by two fights, which are domestic level, and where there are big doubts, about both fights, that they are even competitive. Imo, PPV should be aiming higher than non-competitive domestic level fights, which is what may well be seen on the night.
