You don't understand it and you're not part of the sport. That's the reason you're unable to comprehend what he's doing.

You can't find something exciting or great if you don't understand it man.

    Come on now. :yep

You just don't understand the game. Nothing wrong with it.

I appreciate Mayweather's style but it gets a bit boring.
I admired the fact that he hasn't taken much punishment.
There's nothing exciting about his style though, not in recent years.

True masters of the sweet science are also the most entertaining fighters to watch. Prime Roy Jones, Sergio Martinez, Hopkins and now Lomachenko. Guys like Floyd or Wlad are not masters of sweet science. These are good fighters who outreach almost everyone they face and beat them from the distance. If excessive clinching was properly penalized, these guys wouldn't achieve half the success.

Thats it exactly. Any criticism of Floyds style is met with a typical snobbish response of 'you don't appreciate the sweet science'.
No, I just want to be entertained!
Being a defensive master is great, and that he is, but not at the expense of not engaging. Taking Floyds style to the nth degree you would end up with a fighter who basically runs away for the entire round and then lands a token jab or two to steal it on the scorecards. This isn't what I watch boxing for and the sport would be dead if everybody did this.

It's entirely possible that you also dksaE (English). :hey

Fact is - You're getting completely outmatched and overwhelmed here. And you can't deal with it!!!

The fact that you had to resort to try and deviate away from the topic at hand and sling insults already solidified my victory.

    Try again. :hi:

The sweet science is not meant to entertain, it's meant to scientifically breakdown and dominate opponents. If you don't understand the work of a sweet science practioner then YDKSAB

I do box and I understand the game alright. Enjoying a fight when you're watching it and enjoying the game when you're doing it are completely different things. But since you don't know this simple difference, It's you who don't understand the game. And given you're the definition of a fanboy, that makes perfect sense.
