You should wish he was right. Look at all the attention the rugby 'World Cup' (I know I know world cup how are ya atsch) got -- at a cost to the real World Cup in boxing that was on at the same time. Losig at other sports forces the otherwise unwilling media to focus its attention back to something we actually are good at ...boxing!

 

nah fcuk it ur wrong on that 1... the republic need to qualify... so the local tv channels up here are forced to give some sort of parity of esteem to the nationalist up here who support the republic.... otherwise we are going to get norn iron forced down our throats... telling us we should all be thrilled for the sectarian bigots and there scumbeg supporters:good

Interesting to hear Nick Blackwell just fresh from defending his British title saying that he will be helping Sspike prepare for CEJ. Nick is a tough nights work for anyone and if he spars like he fights then Spike couldnt have a better sparring partner IMO.

I like the activity level...

 

Let none of us forget what a phenomenal boxing talent Nevin is-get his confidence and focus back and anything is possible. He appears to be back on the right road.
