Cotto doesn't have experience, he has mileage!

People talking about Cottos experience advantage as if Canelo is 20 years old feasting on the type of names Burger Squad makes a living out of.

Canelo - 25 years old, been a professional for 10 years and has beaten guys like Baldimor, Cintron, Mosley, Trout, Lara and Kirkland! Oh and let's not forget big brother Jose :)

It's not experience when that experience is getting the snot beat out of you to the point that you're never the same fighter again - twice! That's called mileage!

Just hope Canelo doesn't ruin Cottos pretty pink outfit come fight night with the thunderous hell fire coming the cowards way!

Uh...he's been through more adversity than ginger has in the ring, thus more experience. How is that difficult to comprehend, bro? By bro I mean never my bro, phaggot.

Cotto has more experience against top level fighters. Why are you hating so much? Cotto is no coward, hes fought the best around like Manny, floyd, margarito, moseley and zab judah. And now he is fighting a young lion in Canelo who is a clear favourite, he has *****. Where as you have probably never hit a heavy bag.

I kind of agree with you.

I do think Cotto has been in some serious beatings (e.g - Margarito, Pac).

Canelo was in a back and forth brutal fight with Kirkland.

Canelo wins this via decision for me.

    So experience is actually mileage.

So if I'm ever asked do I plenty of se.xual experience I have to say "No, I have mileage"

They go hand in hand. You don't gain experience without adding "mileage". Cotto has the resume that leaves no room for debate, he's got experience.....and a lot of it.

Cotto has far more experience getting beaten like a drum by welterweights.

He was beaten down. Daniel Geale quit, Robert Guerrero quit, Devon Alexander quit, Victor Ortiz did it twice.... Zab Judah... and even Shane Mosley took the easy way out but Cotto was beaten to a bloody pulp.

By your definition, Sugar Ray Leonard is also a quitter and a fraud.

cotto is obviously closer to the end than the beginning. that being said, he is still a top flight fighter. if canelo beats him, he will have earned it.

Canelo will look like (once again ) like a fish out of water once Cotto is sticking and moving !

Canelo has never improved on his flaws and his corner men are clueless ..Unless Cotto just brawls with Canelo Cotto should win this comfortably !
