WBC strips Cotto of middleweight title

im just saying...i think i tried to explain it earlier in the thread....but you have to think about it for a second before you go on saying cotto is stupid for throwing money away......it was done on purpose and he made money off that payment

The winner of Cotto Canelo is the middleweight champion regardless of the status of the WBC's worthless trinket. The lineal title cannot be stripped...

GG gets my respect in this manner. He allowed Cotto to make money. If Cotto comes up with ridiculous demands should he win, and the fight isn't made, Cotto can be called whatever you want to call him. GG loses out on beating a lineal champion, but it wouldn't be his fault.

Nope, also already mentioned. The WBC rules for mandatory apply... if Golovkin doesn't agree with Canelo's demands but does to the WBC standard rules, Canelo has to comply or vacate.
Would be something if every boxer could make up his own demands and rules, Floyd style.
