Hans you're talking **** here pal, I got a ticket at 11.40, they went on sale at 09.00. I reckon they were all done by midday as was trying to get more and they completely sold out by then so 3 hrs is accurate, 5minutes is not.

Still, 10,000 tickets in 3 hours is fcuking impressive for a super bantamweight fight :happy (the remaining 9,000 to be sold direct by quigg, frampton and the undercard fighters)

So what else you got, now your midget thing has been exposed as a lie.

What about your number of world champions per capita compared to ours. How you doing there? :think

That's because of the stricter PED testing other nations have introduced. If other nations started playing rounders, netball and padded rugby like you do and demanded stricter PED testing, your lot would lose at that too :nod

You still have a hell of a lot more boxers but certainly not a hell of a lot more world champions

NO he couldn't sell out a big time arena in the states, but most fighters couldn't considering boxing is an unpopular sport in my country.

Off the top of my head, the NFL, NBA and MLB are the ratings giants as far as American sports are concerned. Even hockey, a sport whose popularity has waned exponentially because of frequent strikes, is a much more popular sport than boxing is.

It's great to see boxing is alive and well on a global level, but it has died down considerably in the states since the 1980's.
