^ on that basis - maybe with Meli being basically a part-time boxer - that would suggest that if he had the benefit of being a full-time boxer like Cummings, that he would have beaten Cummings???

Had it 94-94 myself, everyone around me had Cummings by 2 or 3 although he was very lucky with the referee
Was meli better than everyone taught or was conrad worse? I think Cummings has a great pro style but I don't think his the smartest fighter who can make adjustments
Bit of both, saw Meli against Pagan during the summer so I knew how high his work rate would be, but he showed great skills as well last night, made Conrad look very foolish. To be honest Meli is a LMW, must have been about a stone in difference between the two on the night. What Cummings did show is great strength and fitness, will be tough to keep off for 12 rounds, and even Meli was knackered in the final 3 and by all accounts he is a freak of nature when it comes to fitness
Just going by photos there IS a big size difference in Cummings favour for sure. All the more credit to Meli.
