    Vargas is getting chased off by the high southpaw 1-2 of the champion now. Vargas is floating his left jab out near Miura's eyes but not closing the gap, leaving his glove suspended and retreating. Miura is ducking Vargas' jabs and rights and snapping upright with straight punching sequences. Left hand lead by Miura, on the jaw. Vargas is bowing to his right, as does Miura, both hitting the body. Miura drills Vargas with a short left and he's down! And cut, very badly! Vargas up, wiping blood off his face. Miura pumps in body shots to put him on the ropes.
