life is complicated and unless you seek out answers you're never going anywhere. Our new trainer is telling us that pressure on the soles of the feet is the initial stages of rooting.the goal we need to aim for is for the pressure to spread over the whole foot. But if we have a choice sit at the heel of the foot. Problem to that if you don't have power than its best to go over s****s placement of footing.

If the toes push into the ground shouldn't both heels be up?

Charley burley one of the hardest punchers ATG who kept both heels up. Line up both ankles before elevating the heels.

That is just the speed at which he moves his hips. That doesn't mean he is doing a full 630 degree turn. Do you understand basic math? 360 degrees is 1 full rotation. You move your hips no more than 135 degrees when throwing a cross.

the faster the hips move the faster the punch is what I meant.
Dago if you can't punch they won't work with you! Noooo... It's not worth the risk should you lose... Tyson could hit so everyone wanted to work with him, but people who can't is not worth the time to invest. They'll fed you to their lions.

Not only the faster the hips but the faster the whole body. What do you mean they won't work with you if you don't have power? Ever heard of Paulie Malignaggi?
