"If Terence Crawford happens to fight Manny Pacquiao, I want to let him know that it's not going to be easy. Even though I know I made it look easy, it's not going to be easy," stated retired undefeated pound-for-pound king Floyd Mayweather, who cautioned undefeated jr. welterweight champion Terence Crawford about a potential clash with 8-division world champion Manny Pacquiao. Although Pacquiao has yet to decide the opponent for his anticipated return to the ring next April, Crawford is one of the frontrunners to land the assignment.

"The mother****er can fight. He's a lot better than what I thought he was. From me being in the ring with Manny Pacquiao, I take my hat off to him and I can see why he went so far in his career. Terence Crawford gotta realize that Pacquiao is bigger and stronger than Yuriorkis Gamboa, and he hits harder," Mayweather explained during a recent conversation with FightHype.com. "Not taking anything away from Yuriorkis Gamboa because I think he didn't fight Yuriorkis Gamboa at 100%, but I don't ever want to take anything away from Terence Crawford because I like that kid. I really, really like that kid. I don't want to take anything away from him because he can really fight. He can fight, but I don't want him to think that just because I made it look that easy with Pacquiao, it's going to be that easy."

Tell us something we don't know Floyd

so should he fight Khan instead? or is he too risky as well - Berto perhaps is the best choice?

Floyd doesn't want Pac getting a W over Crawford then to retire and let Crawford go onto dominate lol.

Mayweather always respected Pac but it was when he got in the ring with him that's when he understood he had to be at his absolute a game never seen Floyd so focus in a fight before

Also to think the Pac mayweather fought was the much declined version is scary:fire

Yeah. If he thinks Pac was that impressive now, imagine fighting Pac in 2010.

Imagine a five year younger Floyd? Pac would win at most one round instead of two.

Saying that to make himself look good

If he had fought Pac when it mattered there would have been a ring of truth to what he was saying

Mayweather was on drugs, and he still didn't win. Mayweather got more beat up in the fight. Pac landed the harder shots. Pac was the aggressor. Mayweather's own father called him a coward.

Tell me, is that Mayweather's legacy defining fight?

All he did was prove that he could not get knocked out. He got hurt at least 3 times in that fight.

The only reason he gives Pac credit is because Pac beat Mayweather ass clean, when Mayweather was on PEDs.

He doesn't want Crawford to beat Pac, it'll make his win look less impressive.:deal

Weren't you talkin **** about Pac supposedly being on drugs?

    You said he was, right???

So, you tellin me that Mayweather wasn't on drugs when he had the T to E ratio of a 123 1/2 year old man????

    Really???

Dude cheated. And he still didn't win that fight. Ask Holyfield, a true warrior.

I never said Pac was on drugs. In fact, I never said Marquez was on drugs. They all passed the same tests. If one is clean then they all are clean. If one is dirty then they all are dirty as far as I am concerned. lol Mayweather has retired. Don't let him continue to play with your head.
