I'd like to see Fury win and then lose the belts in his first defense...Wladimir is a great fighter but the monopoly he has on heavyweight boxing is seriously annoying. Time to go.
Fury. I think he's fun fighter to watch. Mostly though I just want to see Wlad lose his belts before he retires. That's nothing really against Wlad, I just think that if he retires with all his straps then there's going to be that situation where there are four "champs" not fighting each other and that's never a great thing.
That's a good reason, I agree, I'd rather there be a unified champion for people to aim for fighting rather than something like what happened with the middleweight division with belts scatterred across those who don't want to risk them.
Wlad is a classy guy and great champion in THIS era. Highly skilled for any era and is in great condition even for his age, something the rest of the rest heavyweight division should be envious of and should learn from him. They should be ashamed of themselves. It's like Wlad is the only pro and he's fighting amateurs.
I like Wlad but I think it would be interesting if he lost the titles now. Fury's a funny character, and the underdog, so I'll root for him. I expect Wlad to win though.
I win for The Furious One is much better for the sport as a whole. That man is a gent and a scholar and would make a fine ambassador and face of boxing after woman beating PED taking bore Mayweather dragged in to an all time low :-(
Wlad . If that was wilder vs Fury , I'd root for wilder , just because he looks like an athlete , I can't root for Fury , coz he's the last person in the world I'd want to become a face of HW boxing. HW champ should look like one , Fury is like smaller version Valuev with bigger mouth and bigger love handles.
