Andre Ward sees Kova as a better oppenent than GGG

I really want to see if Ward can overcome Kovalev. Biggest fight of both mens' careers. This one will be epic.

Andre Ward needs to stop giving interviews to boxing media until he has a fight scheduled. I know most of the people that interview him are fan boys but still. Either fight or shut the fock up dude! I mean what is there to talk about really? Do we really need to hear how hard the Super Six was again?

 

Ward is the most humble and most educated man in boxing.

Andre Ward is retired and its painfully obvious that all he and his fanboys can do is put GGG name in his mouth because no one would remembered he exist. He is no where near from fighting Kova and when he mentions him, he STILL has to mention Golovkin. Like come on man

I was in the Mandalay Bay last weekend. When they showed Ward on the Jumbotron the crowd was silent. When they showed Kovalev there were a few cheers. When they showed GGG the crowd cheered loudly. That has to eat away at Andre Ward's ego. The Andre Ward/GGG story is one of jealousy and bitterness. An inactive fighter that tried to latch onto the popularity of another man while not wanting to put in the work himself.

Ward said Kovalev is better and a tougher fight. A reasonable statement.

So why did he just spend the last year targeting Golovkin instead?

I thought he was supposed to only fight the highest quality guys. I mean, he said so. And we all know how Ward fans love to consider interviews binding these days.

 

I legitimately don't hate Ward. He's my countryman I would have rooted for him in both fights until he and his fanboys went full re****.

Ward was the heir to the p4p throne. Now he has become a bitter old man.
