Really, the issues were clear. Tyson Fury was noticeably larger, and in the clinches he appeared noticeably stronger. He's a big strong man, and it's going to take someone very special to beat him. I think his head games were effective, too. The funny thing is that he boxed instead of bombed...and that bedazzled Vladimir. I dislike Fury very much, but I'm glad they didn't rob him.

I had Fury by 10th round tko. If Wlad, had showed any heart beat in this fight and actually fought to defend the title, I probably would have picked it close. But Wlad went down with a wimper. If your fighting afraid, its time to hang them up.

I picked Fury to win years ago.
I thought he'd win from his inside work, not outjabbing Wald to a comfortable points decision in Germany.

 

The Furious One™ shocked me and the world. No two ways about it, Tyson was right and I was wrong.

I just couldn't envisage it. It's great for boxing though, we'll finally have some interesting match ups at heavyweight.
