DeGale definitely got stunned to the body but not much time to follow it up that round. Close round. Probably 7-4 DeGale but I can see it 6-5 too.

    Round 12

DeGale is landing pairs of uppercuts on the body and then hacking downward on the nape with both hands. Bute is lunging with the left and finishing with the jab, and DeGale nails him with an orthodox counter 1-2. DeGale switches to southpaw while bouncing his back off the ropes and flies in with a right hook. Left hand by Bute, catches DeGale off-balance and causes him to misstep. DeGale fights his way off the ropes with big uppers. Right hook by DeGale. Big uppercut missed by Bute as DeGale hooks him in the face. Both throwing hard, looping punches, toe to toe.

    10-9 DeGale

    118-110 DeGale

Sh*t, I think Bute got that last round. This fight could end up being a draw and DeGale has no one else to blame but himself.

Bute clearly won this, 8-4 I have, not even 7-3! I just hope robbery isn't coming.
