Bute robbed against DeGale

what was your score?

 

Well i was rooting hard for Bute and thought he might get a very close decision. Did not kept score though, but to me it looked Bute was ahead in quite a few rounds by being aggressive and having some success. Scorecards were a disgrace IMO

Bute definitely did not win that fight. 117-111 scorecards were a disgrace though. I think 116-112 or 115-113 are more acceptable.

 

I wouldnt say clearly.

Bute CLEARLY won 4 rds.
DeGale CLEARLY won 5 rds.

Best case for DeGale is to give him a 115-113 win.

Not a robbery by any mean, but not a clear win either.

I score it 12-0 for Degale to atsch

 

I scored it 10-2 Degale could of maybe been 8-4 at most.

 

I would have score it 15-0 for Degale to but there were only 12 rounds.

Go watch the fight it wasnt close, you can't score rounds because the crowd cheers everytime the home fighter throws a punch or goes forward, Degale outlanded Bute in almost every round. Where's your scorecard?

 

I counted 7 or even 8 rounds for Bute. Pure robbery a la Al Haymon! I'm rewatching though the fight now.
