the irish traveller communitymust be different in manchester up north to what i have been brought up on in the south.

i know loads of english gypsies from working on the markets all my life and they come from a isolated community backgroud /fairground workers etc etc all english accents with there own english patua.
i have had contact with hundreds of irish travellers in my lifetime and even though they are born here / live here /,many never having ever been to ireland they have heavy irish accents, and i have never heard even the young kids talk with an english accent.

i dont think the 2 different communitys mix albeit i have never asked.

Will you be telling all the Indian/Caribbean etc heritage people who live in Britain that they are not allowed to be British?

Does that change his Irish traveller stock? No, it doesn't. To answer your question he, like many fighters, go where the money is, he had more british fans than irish so made the decision accordingly. I don't have an issue if he wants to call himself Irish, English, British or whatever, it's those who refuse to acknowlege his roots and try to lay a claim to fighters that cause an issue. It's very strange behaviour!
