Fury exposed 2 things last night, Wlad's lack of versatility and age.

Some will gloss over his age and some will gloss over Wlad's inability to fight on the front foot to suit their own agenda's but in reality both were factors.

Fury's strategy last night was not typical Fury, he's rarely is so composed and so passive, he out spoiled the spoiler and Wlad didn't have an answer for it.

A younger Wlad would have still had issues with Fury's strategy but the difference would be he would have the speed and reflexes to pull the trigger that he lacked last night and not be so easily out boxed which may have drawn Fury out of his strategy.

Possibly, but the younger Wlad wasn't as polished as Wladamir is in 2015.

I don't know what Vitali is talking about in respect of in-fighting; Fury is the much better in-fighter; Wlad has never demonstrated that he can do much on the inside - hence his grabbing when Fury came in and even turning.

Wlads jab has been on a serious decline for years, especially since Banks took over as his trainer. I really don't like what I've seen since Banks took over, neither have most Klitschko fans. That doesn't excuse tonight's performance, but yeah Wlad is capable of much, much better.

:rofl Here come the butthurt excuses. Backtracking like a little ***** after giving Fury 0% chance in the fight.

Fury beat a prime Wlad at the peak of his career, deal with it

Last night had nothing to do with age.

    No,

The effects of age, and Fury having the physical talent and strategy to exploit it.

Fury's size and tactics won the fight. Let's not make this about age. I wanted Vlad to destroy him but the better man --for this night-- beat him. I can't wait for the rematch, just to see if Vlad can improve at all.

Wlad is old, and his output was really low. This has got to be the first time I can recall seeing a challenger take the title from the champ without landing any significant punches. Sure he won, but I wouldn't call it an exposure.

British boxing fans are pathetic... Same people who were bashing Fury a couple of years ago, and hyping Price are giving him endless praise and pretending they were always big fans....

Shut it Brit****. I haven't made a single excuse. Anyone who knows anything about boxing can clearly see that Wlads jabs had been in decline for years, that's not making up excuses that's a fact.

I remember when they all kept mentioning how vital age was, now that Wlad's performances have diminished, and he lost, age has nothing to do with it :rofl

Yeah age is only a factor when it's someone they're pulling for... I do agree somewhat though, Wlad still has what it takes to whoop Fury. He will take the rematch next year. :good

If Wlad had declined so much why did you give Fury no chance of beating him? Only after Fury schools him are we hearing these silly excuses, YDKSAB :deal
