Does the left heel lift upwards with the left hook?

    Neither, which is another technique I have heard of. The power is generated from the lats and hips.

    If you notice, watch his head, never moves when throwing. Which means He is of the floor with his heel, plus in control of his knee, good posture for using the floor which generates the power.

    to keep the head in position DO NOT elevate the left heel!

    Aren't the feet to wide apart looks like he's ready to kick a soccer ball.Would mayweathers skateboard stance be better?

    Its the camera angle, they are actually wider.

    SRL didnt have a wide stance, front foot is about right with the heel , the heel is raised. Has to for the knee to move.

    Best way is to get an 18" band, and move with that around both feet, tells you by feel where the feet should be, plus lots of other things.

    Charley burley lined he's heels up this allowed him to pull the left shoulder backwards easily. Fran sands feet appear to wide.
