....where the oft ridiculed 'glass chinned' Brit takes the long reining champion to THE CLEANERS. Leaving 90% of this board promising a mismatch and an easy knock out looking like fools. :deal:deal

Mayweather would be Klitschkoed™ by Khan. He would prove to be little more than target practice for Amir. :deal

There's a reason Floyd wanted nothing to do with Khan

Feather meets feather, the UK fighter at this stage is twice as fast

Khan would have Alexander'd TM Chookweather

    :nod

To give Mayweather his due, he was smart enough to duck Khan. And fought journeyman Pacquiao (who without the PEDs, post Marquez, is about as good as Lacy was post 'Zaggers), and laughable loser Berto and Khan's own son Maidana twice instead.

Honestly, there's a massive truth to this. Khan likes to get in, get out. He likes to POINTSCORE. And his STYLE would make this effective vs Floyd. There's no denying that. Who is to say Khan cannot do this for 7 rounds?

Mayweather has zero power at welterweight, too.

This is objective. You should take your own advice. Your haterad of certain fighters such as Khan and The Furious One doesn't allow you to see the woods for the trees. Wasn't Fury suppose to be an easy KO for Vlad?

Fury never got knocked out. If he was stopped like khan was by journeyman Prescott and Garcia maybe he'd have a shot.

Yet Fury had no chance because Steve Cunningham dropped him....

    Mayweather has power at WW.

If he didn't fighters would attempt to go for broke and knock him out.

The moment they feel his counterpunching power, it doesn't look like they're in a rush to exchange with him. WHile nothing is definitively guaranteed in a hypothetical H2H matchup, I've seen enough of Khan to know that if you hit him flush, you can stun him at the very least.

I also don't buy into the idea that he's clearly faster than Floyd. people made that same assumption when FLoyd fought Manny, and we all know what happened there.

And as far as your assessment on AMir Khan's in and out style, he's also very susceptible to counterpunchers with excellent timing. He'd get countered to death by Floyd.

I don't know, some people hold AMir Khan to some ridiculously high standard when he's shown time and time again he's not that elite fighter that some people are dying for him to materialize into. I guess it's that British nationalistic pride that's jading one's perspective on how good this kid really is...or isn't.
