AA inherited it it more than earned it as the division has been evacuated at the top over the last few years. He hasn't lost since so he kind of rose by default. I think one more win over a quality opponent and the they'll be hard pressed not to put Degale at the top of the rankings.

Yeah, pretty much this. I think Degale's a nose ahead of the pack but there's little to seperate Jack, Abe, probably Dre Dirrell and maybe young Chudinov. (I like Fedor and he's significantly more polished than his brother but beating the faded Sturm of 2015 is not enough - yet - to convince me his skills will carry him on the world stage). For me 168 is really in flux at the moment and in honesty fairly weak, the top slots are pretty much interchangable but there is a number of decent prospects on the rise so hopefully we see some fierce competition in the next year or two.
