Absolutely. I say it's a 50/50 as it stands, hopefully Vlad goes through with it. Will be a huge event, London England or Germany.

Well apparently Fury just went to Nandos and he must have met Dustin Nichols there because he ate half the menu ... I'm thinking Wlad's chances may improve as time goes by :hey

He has every chance, he came with the wrong gameplan that's all. If he works on his inside game for the rematch he will knock Fury out.

He only has one gameplan. He never had an inside game and never will.

Thats like saying Mike Tyson could have won the Douglas rematch by boxing long off the back foot:nut:patsch

It's possible. If Bute could come back and throw punches after being unable to pull the trigger for years.

Wlad could do it too. He just has to commit.

he was the aggressor in the fight but threw less punches, was quite an odd fight all in. The best way to fight Fury is maybe just to stand off him and let him be the aggressor, I think that was how he was tagged by Cunningham and Pajkic.

No chance unless Fury shrinks 5 inches in arm length and height.

No it's not, it's like saying Wlad has to go back to his old style or at least somewhere near it, which is entirely possible. He showed a glimpse of it in round 12 and Fury was hurt, if he'd done it from round 1 he would've most likely KOd Fury.

Tyson v Douglas is a useless comparison because Tyson didn't need to change styles to win that fight, his mind was not up to the job and he hadn't trained.

The excitement of Wlad's first loss in over a decade has addled your already addled brain!

The Pajkic fight, Fury was saved from ktfo1 by lots of holding and the bell. Was quite a while back albeit but shows his chin is doable. Fury has obviously improved a lot since but no way is he unbeatable.

You said he needs to employ an inside game to win. He can't box on the inside. You ask him to become something he's not.

Fury is the 12th round was tired , his toes were ripped to shreds from the soft canvas and his trunks were falling down.

Wlad saw him reach around to pull them up and went for it. He landed two shots and repeated to hold for the remainder. Even under those conditions , he didn't come anywhere close to dropping him , never mind knocking him out.

The 12th round meant nothing. The 11 before that tells you all you need to know.

Wlad has the skill to beat Fury. Will he go into a scared shell is the question. I was hoping he was just going to get mad at fight the way he should but he never did. He is mentally weak unlike Vitali. Vitali would have made a war with Fury. The question regarding Wlad's performance on a rematch is strictly a psychological one and we do not know until that night what state of mind he will be in.

Wrong, the 12th round tells you that if he fought that way throughout the fight he would knock Fury out. Fury was dropped by light punching cruiserweights, his strategy was to keep out of range because they knew they couldn't take Wlad's power. They admitted that themselves. The only power shots Wlad landed were in the last round when he was tired, but Fury looked visibly hurt as soon as they landed.

I am not asking Wlad to be something he's not, I am asking him to be something he used to be. His old style was needed that night.

As for pulling up shorts etc, it's 'protect yourself at all times', Wlad was hit with his back to Fury too so stop being so biased.

    Zero. None.

If the fight is in England, without wlad having all the advantages.

A hostile crowd. Vlad will have a mental breakdown and will be stopped

He did seem to finally start to be effective in the last round.

Why he failed to see that urgency much sooner is hard to understand.

But then again, for all we know he may have made more attempts, bit given Furys reach and height, Wlads attempts were unsuccessful

I do know he said he could not find the right distance and that Fury was faster than he expected
