Would Wilder be the first man to knock Wladimir out in 11 years?

Wilder TKO2 Wladimir if it happened anytime soon. You can quote me on it. I predicted Fury UD12 Wlad and firmly believed that that match up was **** for Wlad. Against Wilder, he would be up against a taller fighter with more reach once again. In addition to being reasonably skilled (fight against Stiverne was very solid in that regard) unlike Wach, Thompson and Pulev. Needless to say, Wilder's power would make Wlad not throw a single jab for the (short) entirety of the fight. So it's either TKO2 or disqualification win for Wilder because Wlad refuses to punch.

So basically, Wlad's cryptonite is matching him up against taller fighters he can't overpower, outreach and/or hug to death. He built an entire career on beating small men and now he gets to swallow his own medicine. Hilarious, isn't it?

Furys left hooks found Wlads chin.

Wilder throws a left hook a lot faster and harder than Fury. Do the math.

Yeah, I think people need to realize that Wilder isn't all power. He legitimately outboxed top 10 HW Stiverne and looked pretty good in the process. Skill-wise I'm not entirely sure if he's on Fury's level but he is definitely good and that could suffice for Wlad. It's not like Fury needed to unload his whole repertoir of tricks and punches to beat Wlad either. He could've turned up a significantly lesser fighter and still won. 11-1 rounds is just devastating.

It was an easy fight for Fury. He looked so comfortable because he knew Wlad posed a very small threat.

Because Wlad to one tall fighter in his nearly 20 year career that's his Achilles heel? People like you know **** all about boxing.... Wlads performed with credit against many 6'6+ heavies who weren't ****. He struggles with come forward pressure, usually against smaller opponents.

Apparently you aren't very good at doing the math, because Fury/Wlad was the first Klitschko fight you ever predicted correctly.

I believe that Wilder would have knocked him out last Saturday.

I also believe that Joshua and Parker would have also knocked him out. Parker and his people are out-and-about saying that he would've and I believe them.

Dude, you weren't around when people denied TKO6. Klit lickers were totally out of control ~3 years ago. It was unbearable.

Those exact words were uttered prior to the Fury fight as well. Fury beat Cunningham (top 15) and Chisora (top 10) convincingly in addition to having a style that I predicted would neutralize Wlad's usual physical advantages.

Wilder beat a top 10 HW (Stiverne) absolutely convincingly and has similar physical attributes to Fury in being about as tall and having more reach than Wlad as well. Possibly a tad less skill while having more power but given how one-sided Saturday's fight was, I find it perfectly reasonable to see Wilder winning it. The style just doesn't match up well for Wladimir. Wlad is not as good an outside boxer as advertised, is he? Unless he fight's people 3 inches smaller.

I now have nearly zero confidence in Wlad versus a credible puncher with size, skills and range. Wilder would have beaten him on Saturday and probably stopped him.

I see. Then again, that thread was a consequence of klit lickers terrorizing the General Forum with TKO6 conspiracy theories for years. At some point, there was some braindead bot that did nothing other than spamming "Lewis TKO6 Vitali THE TRUTH" that included some bullshit as to why Vitali actually won that fight, in reality never lost a fight legimitately in his life etc. That was the most cringe-worthy **** ever. Pretty sure his name was "Steelhammer2012" or something.

Did you even see the Stiverne fight? Obviously, Stiverne didn't offer a great jab for Wilder to overcome but overall, Deontay displayed good skill, good foot movement, good head movement, fast hands, he didn't overpace even though he hurt Bermane once and so forth. It looked very solid all around. Whether or not he can get past Wlad's jab remains to be seen. I for one believe that Wlad's jab is not particularly good unless up against smaller fighters. It looked pathetic against Fury and Wilder is of similar calibre.

Not sure why you are denying Wilder his skill. He definitely has the talent. Remember than Fury was known to be the clumsy clown who uppercut himself in the face for the past like 5-6 years.
