The WBC is the most important belt out of all the boxing sanctioning bodies.

 

Why do you act like this is something unusual? He is trying to get Fury into the ring to have a shot at being undisputed HW champion. Tons of great fighters have done the same thing over the years to promote or get fights they wanted. Fury does the same thing, Ali did the same thing, Holmes did it, the list goes on and on.
