How did anyone have Ward rated above Wladimir in the P4P ratings?

This thread has come about as one loss and Wladimir has been dropped out of the Ring mag top 10 P4P ratings, but Im interested how before Wlads loss and before Wards spell of inactivity, how anyone had Ward rated above Wladimir?
Consider the one loss and Wladimir has been moved out of their top 10 after beating several reigning champs and several undefeated HWs, and Wards last win was P Smith coming off 2 losses and before that Rodriguez who had problems with weight making.

Wlad has overall far better wins and a far greater resume.

    - You could say Wlads style is not to your taste and full of holding, but Wards is also

    - You could say Ward unified, but Wlad has done that also

    - You could say Ward has a fair win over Froch, but Wlad does over Haye

    - You could say Ward has been dominating, but so had Wlad and for many more years

    - Wlad has beaten several top prime fighters in his division which Ward has yet to do

    - You could note that Ward beat an undefeated fighter in Rodriguez but Wlad has beaten several undefeated fighters

    - You could point that Ward does not have a loss on his record and Wlad does have some losses but some felt Ward looked fortunate to Boone and before Wlads recent loss, he hadnt lost as a pro fighting at a higher level than Ward in that time, for over 10 years

So break it down clearly how if you rated Ward higher, how you came to that conclussion

I would rate Wladimir on his resume and accomplishments above Ward after his loss to Fury, which is obviously of a different opinion to the ring mag

You could say Ward is the more skilled, better allround fighter.

You could say Ward was the man in a stronger division.

You could say Ward has better wins in Froch, Kessler and Dawson.

    Baffled me.
Wlad had beaten chagaev, Byrd, Ibragimov, Haye, Povetkin when all held a HW title of some description

You can say Kessler ,Froch and Dawson were better wins than Haye because they did more in their respective divisions than Haye did at HW. Also becausr Ward didn't have a big size advantage over them like Wlad had over Haye. I'm also pretty sure Froch and Dawson were ranked top 10 p4p at certain stages in their careers.

I disagree for one reason. I don't think ANY HW should ever be on the P4P list.

Who would have Ward on the P4P list now?

The man is so inactive and has done nothing since the super 6.

Dawson wasn't fighting in his division and could be argued also had a weight disadvantage
Who did froch or kessler beat who was considered as daunting as valuev. It's not like haye didn't overcome that size or 7 stone weight advantage.
You are saying these fighters did more but none of them were 2 division champs or had done as much as haye in that time span of fights. You also mention p4p which seems flawed but then you could say haye had been a ring champ which froch or kessler has not been
