    This is my thinking on the matter. What we know here is that Mayweather isn't a great 154lber and Cotto gave him a decent argument.

    If GGG is anything like the wrecking ball he is at 160 then FMJ gets decapitated but it's impossible for us to know how much cutting those extra six pounds will affect him.

    Mayweather is a better fighter than GGG and will take him to school. By comparison to Mayweather, GGG is straight up and down fighter with no real special effects compared to Money Mayweather.

    Mayweather would embarrass him, and ruin his rep.

    I don't have the time of day for Mayweather, and have no beef with GGG, but its a no brainer imo.
